We helped long-term client Darude celebrate the 25th anniversary of "Sandstorm" by turning the iconic track into the ultimate fan experience. Enter the Sandstorm Run: a 7km fun run through the music video’s most famous locations, all soundtracked by an exclusive DJ set from Darude himself.

The Sandstorm Run launch event was a huge success, featuring nearly 1,000 runners from 17 countries and earning high-profile PR coverage across The Guardian, Reuters and Vice. We’ve since built an engaged, dedicated community of followers, with Sandstorm Run returning to Helsinki on August 29, 2026, bigger and better, including a post-run outdoor concert with Darude and friends.
