Spotify have launched a paid service that provides full-screen sponsored recommendations to users based on their listening habits.
This could be a good way to reach users with new music without the need for social media ads and people who already like similar music. This is currently only for musicians based in the USA.
Users now don’t need a separate IGTV app to watch longer videos. The experience is embedded in the main app, accessed via in-feed teasers, a tab of the Explore page, promo stickers in Stories, and profile tabs.
