To increase transparency on its royalty system and streaming payouts, Spotify has launched a new microsite - Loud & Clear.

The site publishes statistics on artist payouts, how those payments are calculated and the process behind it. 

It’s a welcome addition from a platform that has come under serious scrutiny with regards to streaming payouts.
