Twitter is launching Twitter Shops for US creators. Merchants can now have a collection of up to 50 products to offer on their profile. Twitter has previously lagged behind on the ecommerce side of social media, so this will be great for creators who use Twitter as a main communication channel but who also want to sell.
Users now don’t need a separate IGTV app to watch longer videos. The experience is embedded in the main app, accessed via in-feed teasers, a tab of the Explore page, promo stickers in Stories, and profile tabs.
